Manadatec BG80T, 2K Epoxy Deep Penetrating Primer

Manadatec BG80T is a special deep-penetrating epoxy primer designed for particularly demanding or porous substrates. It penetrates deeply into the surface, consolidates it permanently, and creates a high-strength bonding bridge for all subsequent coatings.

Thanks to its advanced formulation with optimized mixing ratio (5:3), it provides maximum penetration, excellent moisture resistance, and outstanding adhesion values – ideal for industrial floors, open-pore screeds, or slightly damp concrete substrates.

Application is simple: when applied with an epoxy roller, it forms an even, durable bonding base.

The Manadatec BG80T Epoxy Deep Primer has been specially developed for critical substrates where conventional primers reach their limits. Due to its particularly low-viscosity and deeply penetrating composition, it strengthens porous, absorbent, or slightly damp surfaces and ensures an exceptionally strong bond to the subsequent floor coating.
