Manadatec BG80 is a universally applicable 2K epoxy resin primer and forms the ideal base for all epoxy resin floor coatings. It improves adhesion between substrate and coating, reduces porosity and prevents moisture ingress. Thanks to its excellent penetration, it consolidates the substrate and ensures an even, durable and resilient surface – perfectly suited for garages, workshops, storage areas and production halls.
Manadatec BG80 is a two-component epoxy resin primer for the optimal preparation of concrete, screed and cement-bound substrates. It acts as a bonding bridge and barrier layer between the substrate and epoxy floor coating and is an essential component of long-lasting, high-quality flooring systems.
Application is simple: applied with an epoxy roller, it creates an even, resilient bonding surface.

P261 Avoid breathing mist/vapour/aerosol. P273 Avoid release to the environment. P280 Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, face protection. P302+P352 IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap. P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. P333+P313 If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
B – Component:
H302 Harmful if swallowed. H314 Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. H317 May cause an allergic skin reaction. H361d Suspected of damaging the unborn child. H412 Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. P260 Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. P303+P361+P353 IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. P310 Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. P405 Store locked up. P501 Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Germany takes place within 1–3 working days, and international deliveries within approximately 3–6 days after order confirmation. No delivery is made on Sundays or public holidays. For orders with different delivery times, we will ship all items together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
For self-collection, we will inform you by email when your goods are ready for pickup. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
